  Practically every member of staff I saw had name badges on, I was seen to within a minute of entering the shop. My query was sorted out in a polite and friendly manner, and customer services where true to there word in delivering what they said. Within an hour my account was reconnected, and within a few hours I received my pac code as promised by the helpful young lady on the phone. I had various issues with 02 the previous week, there chat service was terrible, but South Shields 02 Store were so helpful. Praise where it's due, and this store could learn other 02 departments a lot in the way of manners, and customer service. A big thank you, and well done to South Shields 02 Store.
